  • There are four ways how you can get users into your organization on eggheads.ai
  1. You invite them (see How can I invite new users?)

  3. You provide a sign-up form

The trainer

The student
  • receives an invitation email
  • confirms account
  • adds additional profile information (e.g. time zone, mobile phone number)
  • receives a new chat when the trainer broadcasts it
  • is added to the organization
  • doesn't need to confirm her account
  • receives a new chat when the trainer broadcasts it
  • looks up the sign-up form
  • enters email address and mobile phone number
  • receives email to confirm account
  • receives a new chat when the trainer broadcasts it
  • looks up the sign-up form
  • new users enter email address and mobile phone number
  • existing users sign-up with their login credentials
  • receives a new chat when the trainer broadcasts a chat to the specific group

Recommended to use when:
you require the consent of your users you don't need the consent of your users it's voluntary for your users to join you provide tailor-made knowledge you want to add users to your organization simply by letting them engage with your chat-based learning nuggets
