Why track user participation?

When you need to prove participation and gain deeper insights.

Where to find The Individual Participation Report

In the analytics tab, pick the participant icon at the right end of each chat.

Per Chat

You can see on a per-user level, who:

• you invited to
• started,
• finished a chat

It looks like this:

Please note: participants can only be tracked when chats are set as private. Learn more about private and public chats.

Per User

When you want to check on an individual's participation:

• look up "Users"
• select the Participant Icon (next to the editing and delete button).

You get to see a list of all chats to which someone was invited and the status of the chat (invited, started, finished).

When you see an arrow next to a user's email address, this indicates, that the participant might have interacted with a previous version of your chat.
