Why it matters
When you ask open-ended questions, for example in a survey or in a role-play scenario or simulation, you may receive many responses. Or in other words: unstructured text. How do you turn this data into insights? With the help of AI.
How it works
In Short:
- Open Analytics
- Click the pie-chart ("See how participants responded")
- Jump to dialog with responses
- Click AI Insights
In more detail:
In the Total Engagement Overview in Analytics, you see all the responses your participants gave in an interaction. It looks like this:
At the end of all the answers, you see the following button:
When you click it, AI analyzes all your participants' responses and extracts the common topics among the answers. This allows you to identify areas where learners struggle or excel, as well as understand, what's working well and where to improve.
The result will look like this:
When you receive new responses, you let AI analyze again:
