User roles and permissions: What is a student? What is a trainer?

Every activated account has the "student" role to start with.

What is the student role?

A user with the role "student" has an own account on the eggheads.ai platform and can set and edit certain user information (e.g. mobile phone number or time zone).

What is the trainer role?

A user with the role "trainer" can access the backend of the eggheads.ai platform to:

• create
• distribute
• analyze chats
• manage users

How can I get access to the backend? How do I become a trainer?

Every trainer can upgrade any other activated user to "trainer".

Is there a limit to the number of trainer seats we have?

This depends on your contract.
