How can I add video to my chats?

Add videos to your chats

Before you start: Please be aware that some users might access your chats from a mobile device. Video generates high volumes of data traffic, which might not be included in your users' price plan.

1. Click the icon 

   

2. insert an own video or insert one from Youtube or Vimeo
   1. to use a public video from Youtube or Vimeo, insert its public link

   2. to upload your own video, click in the field or drop file there

      

Which file types are supported?

You can upload images and fotos in the following formats: .mp4, .webm

Is there a limit to the file size?

Yes. It's 10 MB.
